- The board will
call on individuals based on the order of the chat.
- Please limit
your comments to less than 3 minutes.
- The board may
ask you questions for purposes of clarification; however, members should
refrain from commenting or asking other members questions regarding their
comments.
- The board may

- If
the comment is repetitive of other comments, demeaning, hostile,
insulting, or otherwise inappropriate, you will not be allowed to
